Muirfield Development is led by a seasoned team of real estate professionals with decades of combined experience spanning investment, development, and capital markets. Collectively, the principals have overseen and structured more than $1.5 billion in real estate investments, managing both institutional equity and debt across multifamily and mixed-use developments nationwide. Their backgrounds include leadership roles in private-equity real estate, institutional development platforms, and strategic capital management, with expertise in sourcing, entitling, and executing large-scale residential communities.

Prior to forming Muirfield Development, the principals built and managed vertically integrated firms with fully discretionary institutional capital, executed adaptive-reuse and ground-up projects, and structured financing through HUD, Opportunity Zone, and tax credit programs. This depth of experience—blending legal, financial, and operational disciplines—enables Muirfield Development to identify opportunity, manage complexity, and deliver exceptional results across all phases of the development lifecycle.
